the small beanz coffee co. story...

Once upon a time...kidding. Sort of. Coffee has been a great passion in my life for many years. I started roasting on a popcorn popper in 2008 and continued on various upgraded machines throughout the years. The concept of small beanz was born in 2018. Life had other plans, in the form of a few curveballs. 

 

We do our production roasting on a Mill City gas roaster, and our sample roasting on a Nucleus Link. We are an SCA Certified roaster in the Tampa, FL area...specifically Land O Lakes, FL. I am also a Certified Q Grader!

Fast forward to 2024...it's official! Our mission is threefold: 

• Source green beans sustainably and fairly, where possible

• Produce delicious, small-batch roasted coffee

• Reduce environmental impact through eco-friendly                             packaging and roasting methods
