Colombia’s Huila region—tucked beneath the Nevado del Huila volcano—is one of the country’s most celebrated coffee landscapes, prized for bright acidity, natural sweetness, and clean, vibrant cups. Awarded Colombia’s Denomination of Origin status in 2013, Huila consistently delivers coffees with clarity and character.

 

This lot comes from Santa María in northern Huila, near Neiva, and showcases exactly what the region is known for: a lively, sweet profile with a tasty finish—an easy pick for anyone who loves a beautifully balanced, Colombian coffee.

Brew recommendation

We prefer a slightly coarser grind and a 201F water temp! This helps highlight the richness this beautiful coffee has to offer. If brewing in an automatic drip coffee maker, we suggest starting with a medium-coarse grind and then grinding slightly finer to adjust to taste.
