Each bean is meticulously hand-sorted to European preparation standards, ensuring only the finest make it to your cup.

Brew recommendation
This coffee really shines in just about any brew method – french press, automatic drip, pour over, Moka, espresso! Since the roast level is a bit darker, we suggest a higher brew ratio of 1:17 or 1:18 and a slightly more coarse grind.
