Grown in Peru's lush Selva Central region, this coffee comes from CAC La Florida, a cooperative founded in 1966 by small-scale farmers dedicated to their community's future. For over 13 years, these farmers have practiced certified organic cultivation, protecting the natural ecosystem while producing exceptional specialty coffee.

Brew recommendation
We prefer a slightly coarser grind and a 204F water temp! This helps highlight all the sweetness this beautiful coffee has to offer. If brewing in an automatic drip coffee maker, we suggest starting with a medium-coarse grind and then grinding slightly finer to adjust to taste.
