Looking for something fun, fresh, and fruity without being overwhelming? Look no further!
🍋 Meyer Lemon • 🍑 Apricot • 🍯 Honey • 🌸 Floral
What I enjoy most is its balance. It has fruit-forward character many people expect from East African coffees, but with enough sweetness and body to make it incredibly approachable. It's expressive without being overwhelming, making it just as enjoyable for someone new to specialty coffee as it is for an experienced coffee enthusiast.

Bryce's Pick: Pour Over. It highlights this coffee's best qualities while retaining the delicate, honey-like sweetness.

Nestled on the fertile slopes of Mount Meru in northern Tanzania, Mondul Coffee Estate has been producing exceptional Arabica coffee since 1931. For nearly a century, the estate has earned a reputation for combining generations of coffee-growing tradition with a commitment to continuous improvement, resulting in consistently outstanding specialty coffee.
More than just a farm, Mondul is home to a thriving community of over 100 permanent employees and their families. Many have spent years cultivating coffee on the estate, blending time-honored techniques with modern farming practices to produce coffees that showcase the remarkable potential of Tanzania's volcanic highlands.
Every harvest is handled with exceptional care. Ripe cherries are hand-selected, processed within hours of picking, carefully fermented, and slowly dried over several weeks to preserve clarity, sweetness, and complexity in the final cup. This meticulous attention to detail allows the unique character of the coffee—and the exceptional growing conditions of the region—to shine through.
The result is a beautifully balanced coffee that reflects nearly a century of craftsmanship, the rich volcanic soils surrounding Mount Meru, and the dedication of the people who have made Mondul one of Tanzania's most respected coffee estates.
